Role:
Performs database installations, configuration, tuning, maintenance, patching, backup and recovery, problem diagnosis and resolution.
Requirement:
Oracle Certified Professional
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including architecture, maintenance, monitoring
• Understanding of Unix and Linux OS
• Scripting and automation of routine database related tasks using Shell, SQL; knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, WSH.
• Knowledge of RDBMS engine internal working, storage and memory optimization, performance tuning, SQL query optimization including, etc.
• Thorough understanding of database engine and configurations, High-Availability, Replication, Logging and Auditing, Backup, Security, & Authentication/Authorization etc.
