Role:
Uses change management techniques and tools to assess the impact of change on the organization’s performance and develops and implements change management plans and related transition activities.
Requirement:
• Knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management, including defining strategy and implementation plans to support implementation of change initiatives. • Certifications in ITIL, Project Management, Change Management and/or Agile frameworks.
