JOB DESCRIPTION ROTATING SUPERVISOR For both Q-Chem II & RLOC
Fluent Knowledge of English language (Speak, Read and Write)
Diplom from reputed institution or graduate in Engineering
Familiar with computer skills and report writing needed.
Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil &
Must have minimum 10-15 years of work experience in a Petrochemical, Oil
& Gas Plant. Plus more than 5 years as maintenance coordinator or

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS),
Maintenance programs, practices and procedures is essential.
Working experience in Shutdown and turnaround will be preferred.
Must have good knowledge of lifting/ rigging practice.

required is promptly addressed and attended to.
Liaise closely with Operations personnel, on a day-to-day basis, to ensure
that they are kept fully informed of the contractor’s activities and that
appropriate Operations input is obtained during maintenance work.
Allocates tasks to subordinate work teams, monitors team and individual
performance taking remedial action as appropriate.
Ensure that appropriate safety procedures are implemented during the
execution of the work, which will include the review of method statements.
Ensure that all tools & tackles used by the team are in accordance with the
Monitor abnormal process and equipment conditions, incidents, hazards or
emergencies and intimate COMPANY immediately for corrective actions.
Assist in development of Job Safety Analysis.
